High steer kits raise where the draglink connects to the steering knuckle to reduce the drag link angle and reduce bumpsteer. A panhard bar stabilizes your steering by eliminating the lateral movement of your front axle. Power steering helps you turn the wheel more easily by using hydraulic pressure inside the steering gear to supplement your mechanical input from the steering wheel. A steering stabilizer is there to damp out the movement created in the steering system when your front wheels hit something that would otherwise rip the steering wheel out of your hands (a big bump, a rock, etc). Even with power steering you still need a stabilizer, especially off road. Hydro assist is the only thing that completely eliminates the need for a stabilizer.
