ok so my wife is just getting done with reupholstering my rear seat in my 87 sami and looking for more easy projects. What we are looking for are old partial tops like a safari top and so on just not a full soft top. The tops will be used as patterns for new ones so they dont really need to be nice in any way just have all the fabric there so holes and tears are ok.

I live in woods cross ut so if you have some nearby that I can pickup from you for cheap I would appreciate it.

i have one. i have a few things i need for my sami, weld on shock mounts,wheel spacers, thats about it want to do a partial trade and if you dont have any of that pm me send a box to my house with a return adress and postage and ill throw it in the box and send it to you.

thanks for the reply howard but it doesnt look like I will need it after all. I just got a safari top from fly n hawaiian that we are going to repair for him and he is going to let us use it for a pattern.  Hopefully if we find the right fabric soon we will start selling tops. The tops will possibly be about $100.
