Cool, thanks for the heads up!  How's the ride and flex?    I might steal your idea and just go with one a hair longer.  Gotta get some new rubber on the Sammi first.

the ride is a bit more stiff, not much but you do notice some diff, no worse than a jeep with a lift kit, i kinda like it (-:

Is this lift enough to clear the front axle for a 1.6L 8v swap? Just scored a engine for $400 and now ready for a swap.

If you leave the bumpstops at factory heigth (which I recommend) You need to use the 1.3 oil pan and modify the pickup tube to work... Then your dandy... If you use the included bumpstop extensions, you do not need to modify your 1.6 oil pan and it'll fit nicely.

Ok, had the chance to go mudding the other day, been raining here for 2 weeks (-:
after installing the Calmini reverse shackles ans installing new shocks it rides great, easy to install and I can add springs later if I wanna use bigger tires than I have now,  15 by 8 CJ7 rims with 235X29X15 tires

note to self, when tires stick out further than flares make sure you have doors ................(-:
