You done good, Bud!  ;)

I fell into a sweet leather seat deal (60K on them) and I needed something BAD to replace my old (195K) cloth ones.
Cloth has it's advantages though.

Good catch on the year model, novadon. The 2000 model year Tracker didn't have the arm rests and the 2001 model year only came with a drivers side arm rest I believe.  The passenger side got one in 2002, on the base models any way.  I don't think Tracker models ever had that large console offered.  It's pretty cool and functional too!
'02 Chezuki Tracker with a 2 Liter and 5spd.  It works for me!!!

I know this thread has turned into an armrest thread of sorts (don't exactly know how, but whatever)..  For some reason I just keep coming back!

I'm back to wanting a tracker again!  I've been shopping around for a decent 4x4 that won't kill me on gas, and the tracker seems the best solution..  I have had the following in my head..

Land Rover Discovery 2 (I read about terrible gas mileage and prone to break-downs)
Jeep Wrangler TJ (a right-hand drive one, still deeply considering this one, depending on the miles it already has)
Rav4 (this is laughable, 4 wheel independent suspension and AWD instead of selectable 4wd.  Looked into it because a co-worker keeps mentioning that I should get one)
Blazer (the latest models, before chevy changed them to trailblazers; found out that the lift options suck, and I just don't like them as much as I used to)
Jeep Grand Cherokee (super nice condition, wouldn't want to scratch it up on the trails, plus its a gas hog)

My two favorites is the jeep wrangler (not this particular one, just a TJ in general), and a tracker (newer model, either 2door softie or 4-door)..  I can go out to town right now and come home with a list of about 15 jeeps, but I may see a tracker for sale once or twice this year.  that's the only problem.  I had a chance for a 2-door a good while back, but I let my girlfriend talk me out of it..  That would have been perfect..

ahh, oh well, lesson learned..
