There is some great discussions on this if you do a search for SPOA or 'SPOA vs' on the search tab at the top of the screen to help you decide one way or another.
The first question is what is the lift for? Is it a DD or a Trail only rig? What size tires are you looking to run, and what is your budget? What is the intended use of the vehicle?
If you are just looking to run some 30" tires and do some back road running a set of 2.5" lift springs from OME would probably work perfect, you just need to trim the front bumper a bit. I like the look of Bigzook's rig with the 30" tires and OME springs:
