hey guys its time to put the exo cage on my track. but i was jw if there are any pics of ones that people already have. any help would be nice. also, do you know where to buy an inexpensive bender? oh yea, one more question, what is the best size tubing to use?

here is a buddies sami with exo cage on it.
95 geo tracker sas with dana 30,35 axles 3.55 gears, 33 tsl's, 3 and 4 link suspension. stock motor trans, tcase has 4.24:1 reduction kit.

With the Sammy's 1.5" tubing is usually considered thick enough.  Not sure about which bender to use, but make sure you get a tubing bender and not a pipe bender.  You CAN use a pipe bender if your really careful, but you should use a tubing bender to be on the safe side.

JD (bender) is what most people around here buy. As for tube size 1.5" in .120 wall is populare yet light. I would recommened DOM steel. It can hold up to hits better than your reqular tube steel. Chromolly is best but big $. Many fabricators are going to larger .175 tubes for more surface strenght & stronger where tube ends get welded. It's all about the surface area when the cage/bumper gets tested. Pictured tubes are all .175  D.O.M. .120 wall steel.
