I feel your pain.  I just finished going through this myself.  So far as I can tell, the ONLY aftermarket front bumper option/modification for the late model body style tracker, still offered, within the US, is the "westin" bull bar.  I wanted a bumper for my 03 tracker but lack welding skills/the money needed to have somebody professionaly fabricate a bumper.  I went with the westin bull bar (black) through SUMMIT RACING (great prices-fantastic customer service-quick shipping).  I just mounted it last week and it looks great.  They still make this for the tracker although the company had to make another production run for the mounting kit.  I don't know how much longer this will still be made.  Every other aftermarket bumper for the tracker in the US is out of production.  I researched this thoroughly!  Good luck....

I came across one of these front winch bumpers for an FJ the other day.  The winch plate part of it is 1/4" steel and it is about 27" wide.  The two "wings" of the bumper are 3/8" molded (rounded) steel and are attached to the winch plate by three grade 5 bolts.  It's a hefty booger!  All assymbled it is 64" wide, as I recall.  I'm thinking it could be mounted to a Tracker as well WITH some fabrication of the mounts for/to the frame.
