Anybody remember....
« on: April 27, 2009, 09:54:33 PM »
There was a guy that posted on here about little pull behind camping trailer with one of those african fold out tents on the top.   He had a site with DIY plans for sale as well. It was a really slick setup and I cannot find that thread for the life of me.  It was about a year ago, I went to go buy the plans and it turns out that I did not bookmark his site and I can not find the thread either.

Thanks

Thank you very much, that was it.  Now I know what to do in my garage this summer.

Cool, yeah they look like neat little trailers. I think thier tents must be stitched with gold thread though!! Omg, bet I could rig up a nice tent on a foldout plywood base just a bit cheaper than that!  :o

Here's the link if anyone wants to check em out:

Hi Cuthulu, That's me, my company is Compact Camping Concepts.

I actually have a new DIY trailer / roof top tent in the works, it will have a zip on changing room available for trailer top applications, were you build your own folding platform.

Will have details shortly, should be available in a month or two.

Here is a build story on a new concept trailer I'm doing call an Explorer Pod you might want to check out.

Feel free to call or email if you have questions
