« on: July 25, 2004, 03:29:50 AM »
hey guys, i want to make some spring spacers for my sidekick, i plan on making them between 1.5"-2"thick,  that way i can remain with my standard shocks since i don't go off roadin. What i would like to know is the dimensions i need to cut  for it, so the outer diameter, and the inner one, plus also what material woukld be good to use, thanks

Every one I know that did it used the bearing plate as a template (That's the thing the strut mounts to on top.)

thanks for the help, but i am currently using my zuki, so i can't remove my shocks and use that as a template, is it possible for some one to get the outta diameter and the inner diameter for me PLEEEEAAASSSE?
Also would nylon be a good material to make it outta of?

Well, for future searchers, spacer dimensions are 4"OD and 2.5"ID(with a 1/4" on one side)
