Sun visors make LawDog angry!!
« on: August 26, 2004, 04:31:37 PM »
It seems like the sunvisors in my Sammi have no positive side.  They get in the way of seeing traffic lights, take away from the open air environment, and get in the way when I put my top on.  Does this bother anyone else, or am I just being a whiner?  Maybe I should just take 'em off.

I agree there not much use and if they are down I can't hardly see any road just my hood. I'm tall anyway but I'm going to take mine off.

:D Perhaps the ones on the 'Kick are worse.

Have you thought of making your own?

On another car, the visors broke in the middle. I stripped off the upholstery & used the hardware to mount some smoked plastic. Actually, they wouldn't swing to the side any more, because I used one sheet across the entire front.

(Helped block the sun from sneaking between the visors.)

You can take the Sammy off the trail, but you cant take the trail out of the Sammy.
