Well, I've got a 02 XL7, with auto and 4wd. I've got 2 Toy cases and a single Sami case on the garage floor. Think they could work with the XL7 case? What is the name of the company? I didn't look too hard to see if Hawk's case gears would work within the case but they didn't have any experience with such.
Once I settle down on some other truck projects and the house, the deck, and finally the hottub, I was going to look into getting the front output machined off and add a plate to the stock t-case. Then add the divorce Toyota near the carrier bearing location. Get rid of that and have a little longer rear ds.
OTT Industries is the outfit. They are in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It's a small shop, so sometimes they are a little slow on service/delivery.
We've been using one of their products, the 'Kicker 3', for over a year now. It puts a Sammy t-case behind the kick t-case. It's been fun having dual t-cases, when they work. (For those of you who were in Moab with us.)
But they also have a unit that does toyota t-cases, behind kick t-cases, as well.
I bet that if you asked, they might be able to do a GV or even XL7 case pretty easily.
