Top photo shows intercooler now mounted directly to intake, therby eliminating all uneccessary charge tubing and clamps, and intake air directly into compressor end of turbo. This setup allows for a MUCH simpler engine compartment, easier maintenence, and generally less crap taking up space. The shortest route for air to travel is the best route. Besides, I think it looks much cleaner, and closer to what I imagined in the first place. Simpler is better, IMHO.
