1990 fender question

i  was wondering does anyone have a procedure on how to trim the fenders.  my tires rub because of my wheel spacers.  Any help would be appreciate it

where are they rubbing at... beating/folding the seam at the back of the fender helped me clear my 33s

the front corner and the rear is in the center i think mainly on the inner fender
