Spring spacer center hole size.
« on: February 05, 2008, 05:52:36 PM »
I have read where you can take a jeep spring spacer and bore it out 2.25". So I hve been thinking that the center hole needs to be 2.25" .I measured today and I'm sure that my center bumpstop post is 2.5" I'm planning to turn mine out of steel or nylon on my lathe.4" with a center hole of 2.25 is what I planned but it looks like it will be 4" with a 2.5" hole .Is this correct or am I missing something?
Thanks!
