newcomer asks :)

Hello,

My father just bought 4x4 Suzuki Vitara 1.6. Since I am in Europe, the sheet explaining procedure of shifting between 2wd and 4wd is in German and I am not sure if I can translate it in a correct way. So, if one of you guys could explain the whole procedure of changing between 2wd and 4wd in detail so I don't screw up something, with emphasise on which position is for which road conditions and when to "lock" or "free" this switch on wheel.
It would be also good if someone could email me (alijagic1975 at yahoo dot com) this explanation together with a pic of this sheet in english.
Thank you very much
Ervin

Four wheel drive is for off road and very slippery conditions (snow/ice) only. The following pages are scanned from the Suzuki booklet
