« on: January 27, 2005, 08:01:14 PM »
just a quick questoin, doing a solid axle swap and im going to be using a sammy transfer case.  does the case change the gearing in 2high. for instance the shaft that is the input for the case, is it turning at the same speed as the rear output driveshaft??  thanks

The Sammy case has a 1.4:1 high range(40% different) compared to the 1:1 of the kick and if you put some crawler gears in then it will alter even further. You could run bigger rubber or alter the R&P's to compensate.
