G13BB engine is the same as the Jimny, with the EFI it makes 80bhp - same as a 1.6 8V. Downside is that it is higher revving with less torque and max torque around 1000rpm further up the rev range. G13BB head on a 1.6 should be pretty good, I'd like to that to the Jimny eventually but the stock engine only has around 30k on it.

a stock G13B makes 100hp not 80. putting the G13B head on a 1.6l 16v block will give it more torque, turbo it will make it a torque monster!

If you follow the link, the last post is talking about the G13BB engine

The heads do interchange, including the cams.
The stock 1.6 cam is a good upgrade for the 1.3, with about 10 degrees more duration, and .5mm more lift.
The 1.6 head has bigger valves. .5mm int/2.5mm exh.
Its a good idea if you are looking for more power.
If you can, resurface it for more compression, .5-1mm.
