Weber - yes, but it's fickle. You'll spend a LOT of time tweaking it to get it to work right
Header - yes (and get 2 or 2 1/4" exhaust while you're at it)
K&N - won't give you much of a performance boost at all, and will let all kinds of big nasty particles into your engine - making your cylindar walls and valves turn into high speed fine sandpaper. If you want to know what a K&N will feel like - just pull out your air filter - go on a short run.
I suggest doing a search on headers, exhaust, webber carb etc if you want to know what they'll do.
Personally - for the money - I think a $100 performance cam is the best spent first purchase. (Aside from a FULL tuneup kit of course).
