to buy or not to buy lj 20

I have a chance to by an lj 20 for $900. the engine was replaced with a water cooled honda 500. It does go down the road. Any opinions?

All depends on what you want to do with it.

The engine parts are the toughest thing to find so, that obstacle is overcome.

They are really cool looking.

If it "goes down the road" and isn't so rusted that it would be unsafe, I'd say get it. 

It would be fun to play around with.
