I'm wondering if anyone here has experience getting a (2006) Grand Vitara set up and running a on Gas (real gas, not the benzine based stuff), and how that worked out for them.  I'm also interested on Suzuki's position on such modifications while the animal is still in warranty.

I'm currently living in Holland, and will be moving to New Zealand shortly, and I'll buy a GV when I get there.  Basically I'll take the 2.7Litre version of I can get it on LPG, otherwise I may have to skimp and go for the diesel or 2.0 versions. (urgh!).

Have you tried emailing Suzuki of NZ?  It's such a common fuel there that SOMEONE has had to have pondered it.
