Who's bumper do you want the dimensions on?  I think with most of the simpler bumpers, such as mine and the one on breadbox's Sammy, you can just eyeball it and go from there.

Sorry man, I didn't draw up plans, I just built it one step at a time out of cardboard and then transfered the patterns over to aluminum.
Here is a picture of the subframe that I made, all the diamond plate is just for looks.

It is nice and lightweight,  I wanted a bumper that didn't weigh a lot but was strong enough for a winch.  The frame is steel, and everything that doesn't affect strength is lightweight aluminum.
