Here she be. I have only had it about 2 months now and every day I have become more addicted to this Zuki stuff. Zukiworld is now my home page when I open internet explorer ;D  I picked it up for $4500 with only 100,000 on it, removable hard top, and all of the aftermarket stuff is less than a year old and it was never offroaded. He also had all the recipts and I figure that has over 5 grand into it and I have already thrown 500 on the exaust. I got some plans for it, ie T-case kit, skid plating, lockers, and more and more. This is why I have no money. I have some pics on my web site, let me know if they work and what ya think.

Oh has anyone Rhino lined the inside of their rig with that roll on bed liner stuff. I am thinking of ripping out the carpet and doing that. It is easier to wash out. But if it is a huge pain in the rear forget it. thanks

i read a few people with explorers did it and it turned out well the haderst part would be to pull the carpet and padding up then wash it down really well applying it would be the easiest part just make sure to keep it off ur hootus =)

Good Looking Kick. Scott did that in his Jeep with Herculiner and he HATES it. He abuses his Jeep off road but cleans it up real good when he gets home. He said that it works great for protecting the metal, but a pain in the #$^^ to clean. No more pulling the mats and drain plugs and hosing the mud out. Now he has to scrub the floors to get the dirt out of the texture of the lineing. I removed my carpet and after a good ride, 8 bolts and the seats are out, hose it out and let it dry ;) It will wear the paint but a rattle can fixes that problem.

I've done the Herculining on my other Sami's (I used to own) and a 92 Bronco. It makes it much easier to just use a hose to clean out.
As for applying to your particular vehicle, it'll depend on the 'characteristics' of the vehicle. Where is the computer? Where do the wire harness run? Do you use a back seat and it's seat belts? Where do the speaker wires run? Where does the heat for the rear seat gets it's source?
Basically, it'll all depend on what's laid out under the carpet.
For the wire, it's rather easy to add a condiut, secure it down and run the wires through this. This keeps the wire protected from people's feet. Do note, there will be a drastic increase in road noise without carpet.

I did it to my Sammi.  The prep work took the better part of a day.  Applying it took about an hour.
The roll on stuff has a much courser finish than the professional spray on type.  It does kinda trap dirt.  The pressure washer takes care of it though.
I used Herculiner.  It has help up great.

I also used the hurculiner and I love it. Again it does take a little washing to get clean but looks sooo much better. Also my noise level actully went down when I rolled it on. I washed the interior, scrubed it with tsp, ground down any deep scratches, then lightly sanded all the painted surfaces. I also applied primer to most of the interior. Then I rolled on about 5-6 coats letting them dry in between. Turned out very nice. ! word of advice....wear gloves. It does not wash off.

I like that action. ;D Hey, I was looking at your picture and the fog + mud + wet snow + tower = something familiar to me. Where was that taken? I think I've been there...

I belive it is called Soda Mountain Lookout Tower. Off hwy 66 outside of Ashland, OR. It is a pretty muddy drive up and as you go up you hit some snow. The Zuk made it up just fine and I was in the lead makin a path for everyone elses ;D ;D ;D

Thanks for the info, His computer is kinda old so thats is probly the reason. I am just getting into making my own page so bear with me. Should I make the pics smaller so they will load faster, I am trying to figure out how to do thumbnails so I can put a few more on there. I hope to get some videos up on a friend of mines page as soon as he get his back up and running. When i do I will post the link. Have a great holiday season. ;D ;D :D
