Title: Interior rear panels for 1995 Suzuki Samurai soft top
Post by: matthouston on April 09, 2019, 01:35:13 PM
I own a 1995 Suzuki Samurai.  When I purchased it didn't have any rear interior panels.  I want to make my own.  Was wondering if anyone has some old panels they could outline on a sheet of paper and forward to me?  Or can you tell me where to get the dimensions so that I can cut my own?  Any help would be appreciated.

Im actually thinking about doing the same for my Sidekick.. what material are you thinking about using? Normal particle board used? I’m pondering some ideas

I find "normal particle board" too soft, I've seen hardboard used, but, that like particle board does not stand up to moisture - I've successfully used coroplast & also PVC sheet, both of which are commonly used for signs - check your yellow pages for signmakers near you, they may be willing to let you have small pieces at reasonable prices.
