Will the Vitara or GV headlight and grill fit to a 99 Chevy tracker? Any custom setups out there?

Presumably you're asking about a second gen Vitara or GV - are they a direct swap - no - can they be made to fit - yes - you'll also need to swap the hood if you want it to fit properly, and possibly the bumper.
