There is a Sidekick and a Geo Tracker at my local junkyard. I am a newbie and would like to know if there is any part I should get for my Samurai thanks.

Not too many parts interchange between the Sidekick/Tracker and the Samurai, but, having said that, there are some very common modification for the Samurai using Sidekick/Tracker - please note, these are not "direct, bolt-in" type swaps, some degree of fabrication is required, but, there are kits available to make the swap easier.
The first is an engine swap using the G16 engine from the Sidekick/Tracker - so - you could get that - you'll need the engine complete with intake & exhaust manifolds, ECU & wiring harness, another common one is to add power steering, again using the parts from the Sidekick/Tracker - you'll need the steering box and the power steering pump, complete with hoses, etc.

I also swapped the stock Sami steering wheel with the nicer Track/Kick steering wheel, in addition to the 1.6L and power steering mods.
