Post by: 4x4kingx889 on January 08, 2016, 05:53:40 PM
I have a 98 tracker which I installed a brand new regulator in and for the life of me I cant balance it right no matter what I do the windows gos up crocked and you need to use both hands to guide it up...I removed all the rubber strips lubbed everything up nothing is rubbing it that I can see and the window still goes crocked half way up any one know what I can do to fix this?

Did you have to attach the regulator to the glass?  I haven't worked with this specific vehicle, but, f I recall correctly, having the regulator positioned incorrectly on the glass can cause problems similar to those you are describing - some fixtures allow you to slide the regulator along the bottom of the glass, if yours does, try moving it slightly in either direction.
