Hey,made great progress...got the Samurai sanded and getting ready to paint,bought a steering wheel cover and bought the perches for the spring-over,very excited!! (Sucks I cant seem to post pictures!!)

Well its got that fresh paint on there,looks good but of course there is always some touchup!! Gotta clean up the overspray and touch up a few areas I wanted black (door handles,tailgate handle,roll bar thing,ect)

Damn,there goes that annoying electric fuel pump again...ye it stopped working,even when I touch the +/- to the battery,no noise.So I went ahead and ordered a NEW replacement from J C Whitney for about 40 bucks.

WOW,thats everyones FIRST LOOK at my (7th ??) Samurai!!Here it is as I saw it for sale,1.5 hours from my house.

Sweet those are NEW tires,still have the "blue" soap on there!!Very straight body,nice removeable hardtop....stock except the Weber...again nice!

Got more pictures!Not crazy about the "flat black" look so here I am sanding...ye I'm a older guy,but a kid at heart!! :)

Like I promised,started on the "Spring Over"!!Had a real "sticky" issue with the darn Draglink/Pittman,could NOT separate the two!!Bought a slightly smaller "pickle fork" second wack...WIN!!

Kinda feel like I'm "talkin" to myself here...got these shock mounts off,gonna weld'em back in a usable spot.

Just watching the build, don't have to much to add to it. :)
I used the stock mounting position on the inside of the spring pads when I did the SPOA. Your travel is a bit limited but it keeps them away from rocks.
