Hello
How large tires can I fit on my Grand Vitara without cutting the fenders?
It has:
2 "suspension kit
2 "body lift
-
Type: "tire size for GV" in the search bar and you will see quite a few discussions on the topic
-
I don't really find what i'm looking for when i'm searching :/

my friend did a homemade 3" spacer coil lift and fitted 31" with cutting on the lower front fenders. i went all out with a 3" lift and fitted 33" tires but a whole lot of cutting. 235/75/15 and 225/75/16 did fine with me before putting on the 33" tires. i dint need to cut anything.

245/70/15's or 16's or 30x9.5x15 are the absolute largest you can on there without cutting fenders. And thats with 2 1/2 susp + 2 inch body lift. With that size tires at full stuff the tires barely ever so slightly rub on both the front and rear of the rear fender wells. They clear the body and rub on the lower control arms a touch in the front. Lastly any larger tire wont clear the rear bumper. Wheel spacers make the problem worse not better.

With a little trimming you can fit a 245/75/16 tyre on a stock rim with as little as a 2 1/4 inch (60mm) lift. You have to remove the mud flaps and trip the rear slightly.
Ive since fitted some 31's to my GV and had to do a little trimming to the front but they now fit nicely.
