Hi i have a 2002 xl7 with 265000KM she runs great  but every once and a while the rpm goes up and down and wants to stall,any of you guys experience this what can it be.

Just in general, check the condition of your vacuum hoses and spark plugs.

When does the engine encounter the ERRATIC rpm's? at idle, feathering the throttle, under accel, when cold, when hot? Need a little more info to help ya track it down.

When in idle only once engine is at normal temp but only every once and a while.
