I just purchased a steering stabilizer / truss kit from calmini for my 1990 sidekick but it seems like it is obstructing my ability to turn right. Anyone have pic so I can compare?

It is supposed to have instructions, but the kit I saw online looks pretty
easy to install, the truss goes on between the two front A-arm mounts
with the tab towards the inside, and the stabilizer is attached to the center
link with the clamps and through the hole in the tab
Is that how you mounted it? If it is you might want to contact Cal-Mini to
see what the issue could be, and get another copy of the instructions sent

Sounds like you do not have the dampers centerlink clamp/mount mounted in the correct location.

Three lefts make a right

If you can't turn all the way to the right, then you probably haven't got the stabilizer centered. It should be pretty easy to reposition it on the steering link to make it so it doesn't bottom out when turning one way or the other.
