Title: 97 geo cel on after motor swap

Can't obd II port to pull codes it a 97 geo tracker, got everything running real good. just want to check codes.

What was changed during the swap?  Do you still have the original ECU and harness fitted?

got codes and its the tranny, were I swapped to a five speed from auto.
