Im needing to replace the seats in my 94 Sami. Can someone tell me what my best options are and where to obtain them? Thanks in advance.

Dodge/Plymouth Neon seats are nice and go fo about $50.00 a pair from your local Pick-A-Part auto wreckers. If money's no object, there's lots of high dollar suspended racing seats available.

Thanks. I was hoping a "wreckyard" used set from another vehicle would work (without any major efforts).

I have the 2door Neon seats in one Samurai and a set of Cavalier convertable seats in another. I prefer the Cavalier seats. I used the Cavalier sliders and cut out all the Samurai stuff on the drivers side.

Sorry to be so redundant, but will the neon seats match the sami sliders and brackets? and does anyone know of some racing seats that will go straight in without replacing the sliders and brackets?
-
For racing seats you will need to modify your brackets. One way is to just weld a set of mounts to the existing runners. On my SJ I replaced the mounts with universal ones on one side, then just welded new mounts onto the stock seat mounts on the other.

If you go to iZook.com and look in the technical section there is like 5 or 6 articles on installing different types of junk yard seats into Samurai... You may get some ideas from there.
Good luck, Eric
