Title: 3" lift question. Newby .. vw 1.6 td conversion / build
Post by: deeprecon1 on July 19, 2010, 07:58:13 AM
I just purchased my first Zuk.  1988 with 112k on it. I will use for trail and medium wheeling. I am in the process of purchasing

all the conversion parts to go German ... 1.6TB diesel power plant. I am not building a rock crawler just a fuel sipping back

woods trail eater.

3" inch lift

Cal mini lifts which one

3" Complete Suspension System  540.00

Samurai 3.5" Suspension System 740.00

These kits don't include brake lines ? wont I need to extend them? thanks all

Some kits do, some dont.  Yes you should get longer lines or cut and weld the brake line brackets at the body/frame and lower them.  If not most aftermarket co sell longer lines.
