Sorry if this has been asked before but I am wanting to get a lift on my 88.5 Samurai. I'm going to be heading to Japan and was wondering if anyone has tried putting on JDM lift kits. I was wondering if there is any fitting issues or anything else that I would need to know. I know that I would need to use the model number, which is SJ 413 right?
Thanks for the help!

This is a Joke right ?

Yes, the model is SJ-413. I've looked over my documentation and I don't see any information on factory lift kits though. Most of my documents is for the SJ-410. So if you are going to find something, it is going to be JDM aftermarket. I would be surprised if they had anything for such an old model.

I was looking into getting aftermarket not Factory, sorry if i wasn't clear enough on that. I know its a 20 year old car i definitely wasn't expecting to find a factory lift kit. Just wondering if there would be any issue with installation.
Thanks

Only issue might be trying to read Kanji, but lift kits are generally the same principal world-round.

It's just my opinion, but you'd be better getting a lift kit state side so that if you had questions or needed additional help, you could talk to someone in a close by time zone, speak English, and get service and spare parts easily. Give the stimulus to the USA! Lots of good lift kit suppliers.

thanks guys yeah i know I should invest in a lift kit here but shipping is such a bitch to Hawaii, I will let you guys know how it goes once i get back

It's my understanding you can get stuff shipped cheapish (comparatively) if you're patient, and a little clever on where to look. Often cruse lines and the like will do shipping... just takes a while. Kinda like how greyhound will do shipping here on the cheap.

If you do not have something productive to say addressing the thread topic, stay out of the thread.... This is not proper Zukiworld adequate.
