Title: NO HEAT

So I've had no heat for awhile but i would just wear gloves and other winter wear and have no problem but last 2 days its been above 40 so i started checking out my heat. found out i had the blower fan control plugged in at the wrong connector i fixed that but the heater control valve wont budge ive soaked it in pb blaster even tried some pliers on it

i found a heater control valve on ebay for 45 bucks  :o and no luck at hawks. i have a 91 tracker is the the heater control valve the same?

Theres some samurais and trackers at the u pull it near daytona beach
