i have a 1995 suzuki sidekick jx 1.6l with auto locking hubs and i want to switch to manual locking hubs
what kinds are good and how hard is it to do theres a checker wuto parts close to where i live and they have WARN and SUPERWINCH just wonder how to do it ?how hard is it?

As amilla says, the best is OEM manual lockers.
You can find them in salvage yards on 4wd Trackers and Sidekicks
You can get them used from Hawks Strictly Suzuki (google them) and other vendors.
Since the snap ring is behind the locking hub, all you have to do is remove the six bolts that hold the hub assembly to the hub itself - not the ones on the end of the locking hub.

Totaly agree with ACK, I tried the WARN's thinking they were an "upgrade" and they did not last. A buddy of mine in a Yota club told me the same thing.

I'm running some manuals off a 97 tracker and they haven't failed yet. I think the sami hubs might be better though.

Me personaly i would put WARN hubs .. i went trough 2 sets already and now i'm with samurai hubs and i think there the best !
