Hey guys finaly got around to it. I started the Intake manifold for the blower to work with the 2.5 V6 for the vitara. We are hoping at 6psi 300 whp and at 10-12 psi 400whp.
If everthing goes well i may make a few kits . And it will clear the stock hood.
Pics of what i got so far ill start building the intake tomorrow

hey man i might be interested in a kit if you can get it to work i have the 4 cyl 2.ol though also i have been at that track nice run keep me informed if you are going to make any thing for the 2l
-
Which blower? I have one from a S/C'd Toy Previa (2.5L motor) and wanted to use it on the GV.
-
The first one will be a M62 I have a M90 for the next setup
The first Setup will be non intercooled. The next one intercooled possible M90. Ill see how the motor performes
-
If you are taking names for persons interested in the H25 kit, add mine. The more complete the kit is, the better as far as I'm concerned.

OK guys.
Here it is . The intake manifold is not to bad of a challange to build few hours of fabbing and welding and the front engine bracket.
Now the engine management is the problem. I have a standalone. Im going to see what options i can figure out to keep the cost down. I can do a FIC and see from there.
Ill know more this week i get my flanges friday.
-
Im going to be testing this kit all winter. See how it fairs out.
Now i have a member on the board that is going over seas tomorrow and is back in april or may Ill be putting a kit on his truck and do a how to. It will be a full bolt on.
To save money on the kits ill give you guys a part number on the blower i am using u can get at a wrecking yard or on ebay.
Josh

so were are the pics of the intake???
-
any updates
-
Sorry guys still waiting on the flanges and i had to change the design the tunnel where the blower mounts is a bit tight. Stock strut tower brace will not be able to be used. Im trying to make it as compact as possible im starting the wood mold this weekend ill post pics on friday.
-
how do you plan to clear the a new higher strut tower brace and the hood?
-
Will clear hood strut tower brace will have to be a 3 point or we will see.

Easy. Solid Toy Axles! :P

Well i love how the slammed gv handles lol. So im keeping my bat. I love drifting it around haha
-
uuhhh, does this mean you took ur lift out and made your truck a station wagon?!
-
Yeap. slammed. I dont wheel this truck no more i use the work trucks 8 wheels 45-55 " tires lol.

looks good! can't seem to get mine that shiny ever..
-
Thanks
The paint is not bad on mine even after some of the bushes we went threw that time LOL.
Black is a hard color to keep clean and scratch free.

I sent an email but just want to make sure that this thread stays around. I'm really interested in putting this system in my Vitara. Think it will be ideal for that little extra power at low rpm I want on the trail. I still want to be among the 1st to put the supercharger and manifold together. Thanks, Gary

JDMCRX,
It will be interesting to see the Blower in action. You should be able to sustain some decent power with that H25. I dynoed my Turbo 2.7 at 413 WHP. Keep me posted on your build.

The ECU might be remappable, most of the later ones are. Then you just need to change the map sensor for a 2-bar one. Can you post a pic of the PCB?
-
What are you forced-induction boys doing with the rest of the engine?
I though you might be running different pistons to lower the compression, what about rods, bottom end, cams, valve springs, porting, ect?
-
Stock bottom end should be good for 10-12 psi . There a closed deck block so sleeve shifting and cracking should be minamal.
Im not doing the blower tell next summer as im going out east tell july.2nd then i can tinker with this truck. I had 2 guys looking to hack the ecu and its not realy worth there time unless we did a huge group buy in. I can put in a standalone for less.

Hey man im still waiting for vids and more pics of your truck.
-
i'm waiting for more videos and pictures and i want to be included to the list for that supercharger.
-

I had a brief look at one, its a standard processor and is hackable. If i can get my hands on one then I'll give it a go. I've got a couple of other projects on at present, including the Baleno/Jimny ECU and a knock sensor interface.
-
I have a auto one im taking the female terminal off of would that work ? I can send that over to you .
Josh
-
That'll work, PM me.
-
PM sent. or email me at jpbauto|removethispart|@yahoo.ca asap thanks
-
what happened to the supercharger?
are they not good?
-
I can build a blower setup. But problem is fueling. Im going to try a few different ideas this summer when i get my house. I have 2 trucks next summer. One will be a single turbo setup and other with be SC.
-
i wish you good luck
-
It's all about propane. The mixers were literally designed to work under boost. And, it's cheap hi-octane fuel.
-
are there any news?
-
the SC project has been stopped or what?
-
This thread is full of win and awesome and i just had to post in it.
If you're planning on making a kit for the sc, then would it be possible to make one for your long-tube headers as well including the high-flow cats ;D
If you put somethin like that together count me in. There are still no aftermarket headers out there for our v6s :-\
-
what about vortech supercharger?
-
Hey guys i have not given up the dream nor will i. I am in the air force and i am on a course tell july. I will be buying a house in sept and then i will be starting to make a M90 Super charger on the H25 or will be doing a small turbo kit.
-
Hey guys been so long. Ive started up the intake jig for the M90 on the 2.7. Kind of sucks not having my house yet but here are some pics. Im looking for 400whp

This design is not going to work with a stock hood. This intake manifold has 3 intercooler cores im going to make a new upper with only 2 cores to lower it down 1.5"
