My Bad Eric!
I just got excited and wanted to share the experience. As a very busy person I was mearly trying to save time and add the link to allow only those who were intersted the opportunity to see it in detail without boring the rest of you. Now I feel like an ass for not following the rules.

It's no biggie... Just would like people to use our resources to the benefit of those that are here.
No worries.

Very nice build up, it blew my mind that that only took 2 weeks.
Then end product came out sweet!
How does the swift engine do?
oh and what size tires?

Thanks,
We worked our asses off pulling 15hr days and a couple of 19 hr days as well. It was a blast though.
The swift engine is real nice on the freeway as long as you keep it up in its revs. It's a daily driver and around town it's pretty quick. It's only a little odd in the rocks with a high reving engine and the low range gears but once you get used to it it's fine.
The tires are 32-11.5-15.
I have been following your build from the start and I admire your craftsmanship! Nice work! I'm looking forward to the end result.
Now I need to get strated on one of my three Suzuki projects! I'm probably gonna build my Sammy.
Cheers Dude!

That's sweet. I wish I had that kind of time. How much money was put into this build (less the beer etc..)?
-Adam ;D

He spent just over $4000 But the steel and alot of the hardware and the consumables was stuff I had in the shop!
I've been working on the tire carrier this week and will have some pics of that up soon!
-
Well.. we've added a tire/gas can carrier and finished up a few more details. Here's some more pics.

A couple more!

Did you install the 1.3 twin cam? If so, did you mod the firewall or use the 'different' distributor cap?
-Eric
-
The Twin cam was already in. It uses a different cap rather than mod the firewall. I'm not 100% but I think it's an Asteem cap.
-
I think certain mazda 626 (636?) caps work. I like the work. I wish the 1.6L intakes were like that, I don't understand why they run them over the engine & exhaust.
-
Thanks,
I actually shortened the intake so I could place it there and now I'm having trouble with the MAF being too close to the throttle plate. So I'll have to remake it longer and maybe fit it to a passenger side snorkel!
