Title: body lift

i am looking at getting a body lift for my samurai.  i already got a 3in calamini suspension lift. and i want the 3in calamini body lift.

what do i need to watch out for running the body lift

If you're buying calmini's kit, it should come with everything required.  I'd look to see how they extend the steering shaft and shifters.

I've had bodylifts on several vehicles over the years without a problem.  Make sure you check the torque on the bolts after a few 100 miles.

I had the Calmini kit, simply drill out the nylon pin extend the shaft and weld on a bead for the steering. The shifters didn't need to be extended.
