Nice work so far.I believe in building not buying myself. When I started looking at winch bumpers,I knew real quick that building my own was a must. With shipping included bumpers were running $650 and up,and I can build one for less than half of that.

Looks good, on your front winch mount you can get four inside frame inserts from trail tough that make things real strong for winching, I have put them on several rigs and they are real solid and weld to the in side of the 2x4 front frame rails, if you tear them out you would have some other real issues.

Looks good, I did an arb bumper like that once, got rid of the u bolts and used a couple of 1/2 inch bolts and slid a piece of heavy wall pipe into the tube part of the frame and spot welded it to a couple of holes that were put in the tube before sliding the pipe in, it has worked out well with heavy winching.

Looking at the front end, are you going to add a couple more supports going to your stinger?  Two running from the top tube from your 'grill' would be just about perfect.

If you look at the first page it shows how I did it,  the tube stayed and the bumper wraps arond it. My first plan was to bolt it so I could take it off but that didn't work so I welded it
