Are these for Track/Kicks or Sami's? I know they make them for Sami's, but I haven't seen them for Track/Kicks yet.

I think stan is selling them for $125 shipped to the lower 48. If your out of the country you will have to work it out with him. Stan doesnt know how to post pics. I will try to get some pics either tonite or tomorrow.

I coudn't agree more. The twin stick rocks. It makes my zuk so much more managable to drive witha  front locker. It's worth every penny.

For a dust boot I took a heavy rubber glove (like the ones for house hold cleaning). Cut it down to just two fingers. I then cut a small hole on the end of each finger and stuck the twin sticks through the holes. I zipped tied the bottom of the glove around the top of the transfer case where the groove is for the normal boot. I then wrapped some black electrical tape around the fingers on the twin stick.  It keeps the 90 w in the T-case. I freakin hate the smell of that stuff.

Now i need to know what we're talking about here.  What does roughly $125 get you?  The ability to drive the front or rear drivetrain independantly?  Or is this for gear reduction?

It allows you you to disengage your front end, but still have the capability of low range in 2wd.

Are there any mods to the t-case needed or is it a drop in mod? Any luck with those pics Mike?

I was over there and forgot.  ::) I am going back over tomorrow, I will try not to forget this time. :P The case needs to be separated to remove one detent ball. If your doing a 4 to 1 you already have that ball out.

I have my case out at the moment as a set of Trail Tough's crawler gears have just gone in along with a full rebuild and I have had the output drilled and tapped  so I can do a SYE and possibly put a rear disconnect on it. It's all back together but not in the Kick. I didn't do the install so I didn't know about the detent ball needing to be removed. If this is the case and it has already been done, will I need to open the case up again or can I just swap in the Twin stick? This would be the icing on the cake if I can just drop it in because then I could put the t-case back in and just swap in the sticks when I get them without having to pul the t-case again.

you will have to split the case & remove the d-tent ball still.  stan

That's ok. If we can organise it so you can ship one soon I'll wait before I put the case back in. I've sent another PM  ;D

CJ said he already has done the 4 to1 gears in the case, mike states that if it was done already that the d-tent ball will be out already, therefore the case should be ready for the twin stick. Not saying this is right or not, just what I read. Hate to see a guy tear open the transfer case for nothing. Cheers.
