Title: 95 kick powersteering

What exactly does that wire on the pwersteering pump do?  does it reduce pressure at high RPM?

just wondering as I have seen these on many toyotas also.

good question, i wonder the same thing, - i was thinking fluid lvel for check engine light. just a guess
