Title: Speedometer accuracy
Post by: All4Traction on March 05, 2006, 10:23:59 PM
Hey guys, some of you probly found out ways to correct the inaccurate speedo. when changing to larger tires.  My delema is that i have a 93 sidekick 4dr (16v) and i have the stock tire size (205/75-15) and my speedo is way off.  If my speedo says 110km/h, my GPS says im goin 100km/h.  Has anyone else had anything like this happen?

I think the best way to fix it would be to put on larger tires  ;)

235s made my speedo read 100% correct

Heh I agree with Wild, I was running 31x10.50's on the stock rims fine. So dont worry about running 235's on them  ;D
