well. i was noticing a really bad loss of power with the kick. brought it into the shop when we were slow today and checked my compression. 145-142-25-135 well... i supposedly have a rare 3cyl powered sidekick...

so, im wondering if its worth it to have it pulled and a rebuilt head installed or just have mine repaired (only the one valve would be bad. so a valve job/lap would be good to freshen it up.

truck is also in need of a front crank/cam seal and dizzy seals and some sensor problems (isc/iac)

not bad for 370,000km on her.

At that mileage I would go with a remannd head, but no matter what the head has to come off and then the condition of the head can be verified as well as the cylinder walls and rings. Are you sure there is only a valve issue?
