Trying to build up my 88' Sammy Hard top.

I dont want to put a whole lot of modifications on it, because eventually I want to buy a convt. Sammy and build that up for wheeling and keeping my hard top as an every day driver. Right now the Sammy is all stock besides the Weber Corroborator I have in it. I want to put a 3-4 inch lift kit on it but nothing fancy. I'm looking for a kit that I can just add springs, shocks,Z bar and all that jazz later when I get a convt. I just want enough lift to put some 31"-33" tires on it and do some minor wheeling with it. I'm affraid to go out hardcore wheeling and flipping it and fucking up the body on it. I'd appreciate any suggestions to a beginner as myself on some first modifications for my Hard top.

My suggestion would be to do a SPOA redneck style for you hard top. It will give you the lift to run your tires and be cheap also.

And some thing else to remember, anything you add to your hardtop can be moved to your soft top when you get it. You can buy some of those goodies now and enjoy them while you hunt for the toy rig. ;D
