Spindle bearing socket
« on: May 26, 2004, 08:28:48 AM »
Anyone know where to get the spindle bearing socket?

I have a '02 XL-7. The bearing but securing the hub housing to the spindle is a special nut. It's circular shaped with 4 holes which the socket fits into. I've called my local Suzuki dealership for info and specs on it. Their mechanics get it from Suzuki.

If it was anything like my Tracker, I just used a punch and hammer, and tapped on the edge of one of the holes until it was loose enough to remove by hand.
