Mine's made from 5/16ths plate and seems plenty strong enough. I'd have to crawl underneath to measure the offset, but I can tell you that the top rear holes line up with the bottom front holes. Hope that makes sense.  Basicly, I just made the top plate that bolts to the center link twice as long as the bottom plate that bolts to the diff.
The usual stuff, and 2nd generation Air to liquid intercooled TURBOCHARGER

Did we actually meet or just drive by? I  saw another one like mine in Brampton once and thought maybe it was yours but looks like you got a 4 door? Mine used to be silver then I painted flat black over the winter, it is on 31's but there's one up around where I work (airport road and derry) that is almost the same. I live down in Burlington and I know a few spots. There's one young guy over on Hwy 6 that we can wheel at, he's got a 2 door on 38's.
I agree stronger is better, all I had in the shop on the weekend was 1/4 plate so that's what I made it out of.
I'll PM you my contact info.
Regards
Jim

Hmmm
May have been the one on Airport road as I think it was a bit taller than yers and he had factory bumpers on it still... Also he had the same style wheels that I have... Or they were something painted black... Now sure... only saw it once. It's actually the only Track/Kick I have seen lifted out this way.

Yah, I've only seen that one out in Mississauga. Theres at least 5 or 6 in burlington/Hamilton area. I've wheeled with BFM from this site as well, he knows a spot in Mississauge where we can go, we'll have to hook up with him and Bus_Driver sometime.

Hey Jimiweld,

I got your spacer today and i must say its of good quality  :)  I put it in after work and it bolted up perfectly.  In some strange way it actually improved my pinion angle.  The spacer just pushed the a-arm back into its original position.  I drove around with it on and i have no complaints.  I didnt go wheeling yet cause im still waitin on longer shocks, strut spacers, and my 31s to come in...but ill let you know if it holds up.  But i doubt there will be any problems...THANKS AGAIN!!!
