Looks great. that is an awesome color. I have read about the swap and the person had to modify the front shocks due to the heavier block kept breaking leafs. and I have heard that the 1.6l 16v is pretty much the same and a much easier build.

Yeah I keep hearing it's a lot easier than the 22r. I got yota leafs so I think it should be good.

Thats a good price.

I have no personal experience with any yota -into-sami experience.  If the drivetrain is all toyota... doing the 22R you would only need to build custom mounts for the install?   ...as opposed to buying an adapter kit from 1.6 to toyota, sourcing a 1.6, and still dealing with custom mounts other than the engine?

I suppose another possible issue going 22R is dealing with a different ignition setup?

Where in FL are you? Tallahassee here.

Im in st.petersburg. My thoughts exactly the drive shafts would line right up, instead of Being at a crazy angle. I'm going to do a 3 inch body lift so the tranny can clear the tunnel.
