16" wheel backspace

16" wheel backspace

Anybody know what years come with 16" wheels and if they come with the same 3.75" backspace as everything else seems to have? I'm just looking into tires (currently 235/75/15s on stock aluminum rims) and think I would like to go with 7.5-16 or maybe 215/85 r16 tires.  ;)
