The 1.6 is in fact a different block than the 1.3.
The 1.6 8V and 16V share the same block, the
1.6 16V head is a single cam engine, and the 1.3
Swift GT is a twin cam engine, the turbo kits were
not designed for the 16V SideKick motor, but with
some mods it might bolt on.
One Problem might be the Swift was a Front Wheel
Drive, Traverse mounted engine, which might create
enough changes to make the kit hard to put in, or
create lots of fabrication work.
Log Style Manifolds work, but they suck for flow, the
Log manifold I build didn't last long and the heat
buildup was way too intence, and heat shielding is
imperitive if you like the master cylinder resivour to
retain it's shape.
If you need to build a manifold, use Sched 40 weld ells,
cheap heavy and will survive for severals years of high
heat abuse, I think I'm going to rebuild my header in
a year, the current model is flaking badly from heat and
I don't know how thick it is anymore, the next model will
be ceramic coated, as well as I'll use a new header flange.
I've reused the current header flange 3 times and now I have
leaks from grinding the old tubeing off.
If you want, take a look at the Turbo SideKick Buildup

as I'm going to have to start paying for my site space,
which will cut the crap, so to speak
